Does some one know if the f12 had a recall on the cranks and rods?

There were internal improvements made to the F-12 engine around 1935, and I think they included rod/main bearing changes to improve reliability. It has been a while since I have had one torn down, but if the reason for the post was that you had new parts that did not fit, thats why. Early and late are different.
