All I can tell You for sure is They have helped Me and My family...As an addendum, I've walked this earth 67 years, been sick very few times, injured several times...Right now I'm on a SUPER SQUAT trainin' routine...250lbs. for 20 plus reps ( this was popular in the 1930s, before steroids make buildin' muscle easy, take a weight You can just get 10 reps with and do 20 ) My goal is 300 lbs @ 20 plus. This is after knee surgery in 03. I can hold a 20lb. sledge ,shoulder level, let it down and touch My nose, none of this is said braggin', maybe eatin' right and hard work pays off.

Nothin' will offset Tobacco use...If You smoke ,forget any thing healthy, nothin' will help, it gets most people sooner or later,most get got sooner, and the gettin' is ugly...

I had a colonoscopy awhile back, and watched the little TV. Sure didn't see any of that nasty stuff they talk about on infomercial- just all nice and pink. Alas, its another scam.

This must a southern thing my wife is always getting something to flush her out I just set back and wonder why. You body is made to work without all this stuff so just eat right and don't worry about it.

Aftert having colon cancer 7 years ago I can tell you only one thing...If you THINK you have ANY issue ...see a DR!! I had NO symptoms untill I bled 7 years ago...!! Get a Colonoscopy on don't be girilish about having the Dr give you the finger!! IT's in YOUR best interest!!! Alive at 64!! Charles

This one's system seems to be self-flushing. Had a colonoscopy and everything was clean as a whistle. He said I had acute spastic colon which is politely referred to on the TV commercials as IBS. Doc recommended metamucil and all it did was increase the volume. Ahh, such a clean subject! Jim

Depends on the colour of the blood, as told by my Doctor, If it is dark it comes from within,see Dr.
If it is bright crimson it's likely to be a fissure at your bottom, and that's without.
Actually that was told to me in the 1960's after an episode with the bright crimson, so I was always watchful, In 2001 I noticed it was dark red, as a result I caught it in time but lost
2'' of the colon, good as gold now.

Be vigilant, it may save your life. I always think of the fox, each time he goes he turns around, I did that for 40 years and was eventually rewarded.

Change your diet.Eat some vegetables, cole slaw beans squash.A few bananas will do the job.Corn on the cob or canned corn is a sure thing.
