The best way is with a separate hydraulic system for the loader driven off the engine crankshaft. The internal pump is on the small side and the adapter that isn't commonly available anymore had a switch valve to select remotes or three point. An alternative is for the loader to use a pump on the PTO, but then to mow or bale, I had to take the loader off which was a pain. The front pump was much nicer.

I would drive it off the crankshaft. MOst loaders that will fit a 135 will have a reservoir built into the frame, so you can plumb right from that to a pump on the front end.

If you do use the internal hydraulics, you'll be disappointed with the speed.
