Fixerupper, How is the shoulder doing?

Just checking to see how you are doing and what you are doing about it. I fell on mine last night in the dark, but luckily it was a glancing blow. I am nearly 6 weeks past my surgery and getting a little more use every day.Richard

Thanks for your concern. It's no better. Had a very grueling MRI yesterday. The 'ol shoulder just didn't like being in that position for 45 minutes.

The appt with the specialist is Feb 3 but I wish it was sooner. Take care of yourself. NO MORE FALLS! Jim

Had ultra sound on left shoulder today as ordered by orthopedic surgeon.

3 tendons torn loose, painful when arm is raised more that straight out from the shoulder.

Ultra sound tech says corrective surgery is invasive and takes month(S) months for recovering. There goes the spring and part of the summer but don't care to live with the pain the rest of my life.

Cause: 81 years of wear and tear. O what a beautiful day!
