OK, I hear the music, and I read the "claim" that you are performing. I checked on Snopes and they never heard of you:)
We are naysayers until we see a video, send it to youtube so Lanse can use it in one of his cartoons.

Allan Roll out the barrel brings back memories to me. Dear old dad played that back many moons ago, only probably not quite as well as you do, but he followed it up, with Under the Double Eagle. WEnt nice together. Good job. Bernie Steffen

Hi Rick,

First off, sorry for hijackin' this thread, but you'll probably throw rocks at this one. :>(

When I'm not fixin' an old tractor, I can usually be found out in the garage dinkin' around with a guitar.

However, unlike the tractors, sometimes things just don't go right. Been at this since I was 5 years old and there are nights when I just plain couldn't hit my rear with a ball bat. :>(

Anyway, on with my sad story. :>)

I bought this darned guitar off of ebay; think I gave something like $150 for it. A genuine Fender Strat (Why so cheap? Made in Mexico?)..............supposedly a good one.

Wrong!

I've done everything to it I can think of. Replaced the neck, replaced the pots, installed a set of Gold Lace sensors, even installed a set of graphite saddles. I hot-rodded the darned thing and I still cannot get the proper tone out of this rascal. Just can't seem to get it "warm".

It's harsh, it's brash and the sustain just simply sux. :>(

Am totally convinced the body must be made from a chunk of white pine cut from a Mexican bridge plank 'er somethin'. :>(

Anyhoo, recorded this song a couple of years ago and have never picked that guitar up again. Just can't stand the sound of it!

Beware: It's in yer face and ya need to turn down the volume.
