Farmall 460 w/ hydra-touch issues

I have problems with the 3 point. when it gets to the selected height it drops +/- 1" then raises to the correct height and does this over and over at any selected height. New lift cylinder, new pump, new inlet filter, new fluid and still the same issue. I'm lost ? Is it the block valve under the seat ? or ? I have hydra-touch valves in a row, 2 with Dual/single cylinder adjustment pins and the one for the 3 point has no adjustment for dual/single but is connected to the draft control rod which works well and I don't think thats a draft control problem as it seems to respond well. Is the linkage wore out on the lift lever?

Make sure all the linkage is tight from the lever down to the valve.

The check block under the seat can cause this problem. Are the hoses from the cly to the check block in the right ports? There are 4 ports on the back. The 2 farthest apart up & down are the ones the hoses hook up to. As you stand behind the tractor the inside hose off the cyl goes to the top port on the check block. The spool in the tele-depth valve relys on the check block to hold the cyl where you stop it,unlike the other 2 remote valves. The valve spool holds the remote cyls up.

Thanks Guys for the info. I'll check the linkage from the valve to the handle. The hoses are in the right locations, if you switch them it gets real funky ! It has a mind of its own !!! I bought a new spring and check ball and O-rings for the block valve today and will try it tonight. Let you know what happens. THX Darrin
