!965 case 530 ck 1400 hrs

Old guy I know has a 1965 case 530 ck for sale with 1400 hrs. on it.Looks good and tight.Wants $8500.00 Canadian for it.He went a little crazy with the yellow paint,meaning everything is yellow.Give me a shout if interested.Don't know much else about it,but sure would be worth a look.
 
Paint covers everything. It should have original paint and look like new with only 1400 hours. I'd guess that it isn't even diesel. Even if it is, it's not worth half of that price. It's over 40 years old. Some tractors that old are worth pretty good money. I wouldn't belive the hour meter and parts are probably hard to find. For $8500 you could find a better backhoe. Dave
 
Wow. 8500 yen maybe or 8500 pesos but not dollars, american or canadian.

Hour meters are easily changed and changed out. 1400 hours in 43 years means someone just let it sit most of the time and not likely. Probably was yellow to start with but new paint covers a lot of age and other defects.

Post a bunch of pictures and include the engine, dash, and seat. Do you get a commission out of this?
 
If the hours are right it's well worth that.A junker will bring 5000.I doubt the hours though.There was one around here a few years ago with 2000 hours.It was bought new in a trailer park and not used much.I have a 1984 model 480E case with 2200 hours.It came out of a cemetary.The hours were logged and also had a complete service record from the case dealer who serviced it.
 
The machine is real tight on everything.Diesel engine 188.I"ve got a 1965 case,so I don"t need another one.The paint was faded out with age,so he just sprayed it up.The dollars are Canadian,yes I know almost worthless.And there is nothing in it for me.Thought I would post it in case someone was in need.
