Propane pricing

No rants and raves here. I posted earlier about having trouble getting a new supplier to sell me propane since I own my own tank. Just found this dealer. First time I've ever seen a propane dealer post all the price differences and how much they make per gallon - depending on useage, ownership, etc. Kind of nice to see up front with no BS.

Wow! I bought LP for a tractor, actually 2 tractors, in late Nov, hauled them to him to be filled, $3.19/gal. He said they had to lock in price last summer, it's $3.19, I used those tractors all last summer because it WAS cheaper than gasoline. Notso now.

I just had my tank filled last Saturday. 2.399 per gallon; I had the price locked in last summer.

That looks like a great dealer to work with. No games. Seems very competitive too. I have a 1000 gallon tank and I filled it and also bought a pre-buy contract last summer for $2.25 a gallon, this guys beating those prices significantly.

Looks like a good deal ? Maybe I should call and see how much delivered to Ohio ! I just paid $2.21 gal.

Those are great prices. Where are you located? I just got filled by Ferrellgas for 2.14 in my own tank in Central Indiana

I just got my tank topped off 12/22/2008 and it was $1.39 a gallon, their tank.
My supplier is George Bros. at Sutton,Ne.
