Did anyone see that 5010 on ebay (restored) went up to $18,100 and still did not hit reserve. I guess I would`ve took the $18,100 and ran.
 
I see this all the time in the automotive business. People spend $5,000 restoring a $2,000 pickup, and then expect to sell it for $10,000.
 

Yeah, local paper has ad for 1955 Chev, wants 25k, can show receipts for 20k in new parts.
