Got so much snow to move today and myself and drivers are burned out. Plus they need to spend some time with their families. We have so much snow here in the last week. Even started on Christmas at 6 a. m. and got some senior housing projects dug out so they could get nurses and medication in. Tough working around cars and objects. So if you are close and like running a nice cab (with heat) tractor with loader and blade moving the white stuff give me a shout at 360-410-2677. The first project up is a 180 unit mini-storage and yes all the doors have to be shoveled out !! Sound like fun?? Migraine

No thanks,I'll have to pass. Gotta grind feed then get a BUNCH of manure hauled. Had more than a foot of snow that got trampled and frozen in the feedlots. It's breaking up and needs to be cleaned out TODAY. They're saying 50 degrees and as much as 2 inches of rain tomorrow. It's all gonna run right back into the barns if I don't get it out. At least what you have to move is fairly clean and white.

Same situation down here in Chehalis. Local guy with 2 tractors started recruiting tractors and operators, is up to about 10- Newpaper said he was down to recruiting drivers off the street who wanted to work- I suspect my neighbor was one of them, as I saw him driving a tractor not his own, with a determined look on his face, apparently headed for yet another parking lot. Its warmed up above freezing (finally), now they're talking flood watch. Wonderful.

NO WAY!!! Am there, doing that. I have been either in my pickup plowing, or under it fixing, about continuously since some time last week. Seems like about ten years! I took yesterday and most of today off. Got one truck still in the shop. We are supposed to get some sort of sleet/freezing rain/rain/CR!!!P, starting early tomorrow. That means sanding/slipping/sliding, and hope I don't hit anything or fall off the road.

Wish I could. I remember the 18 to 20 hour shifts in a 580 Case back in the 93 & 96 blizzards here in Pa, my position with the company no longer allows me to do that stuff.
I miss it.
Plus, we haven't had much for snow the last ten years for whatever reason.

Where is here ? Raining in Ohio now.Thunderstorms !

Sounds like you could sure use somekinda machine with a front mounted snowblower to get that snow moved out of the way fast.
