i need help about a tractor...

i am looking at a tractor that cranks on gas or kerosene, and switches over to diesel to run on....if anyone has any information on price, parts or anything realated to a tractor of this kind please reply to me via email.

We're going to need more info to be of any help. Make, model, year, and condition would be a good starting point.

Sounds like a IH to me, M, 400 or 450. Could be a JD, but he didn't say anything about a pony motor. Chris

Sounds like an IH. There are some good ones in the bunch; SMD, SMTAD, SWD6TA, SWD9, 600D.

Color, serial tag number, any emblems, numbers stamped into the block, axles, or anywhere?

International Harvester Farmall diesels started on gas and switched to diesel. Look over to the left menu, up to "Photo Ads", then go to the Farmall ads and see if anything looks similar.

Farmall H, M SuperH and SuperM all had distillate engines that started on gas and switched to distillate (no longer available) but is the equivalent of kerosene. I wouldn't run my SH on it but it will work.
