OT: SOHC to DOHC swap????

Hey folks,
My new toy and DD is a little weak. It's a 97 Kia Sportage 4x4 5sp. it's got a 2.0L SOHC w/ 94HP. Same vehicle also came with a 2.0 L DOHC w/ 130HP. Think it's as simple as swapping out the heads and increasing HP? Or is there too much other stuff involved? I really like this little thing but a horse trailer really stresses it. The DOHC models use a little less gas also.

Any ideas?
