oliver tractor and implements

I have a chance to buy an oliver 1650 gas in fair condition an oliver 8 ft wheel disc in good condition and an oliver 3 bottum plow in fair condition, I was wondering what I should offer the guy I live in southwest wisconsin. thanks.

If it's fair,like you say,I'd say $4000-4500 for the package deal. Since it's make an offer,I'd start closer to 3 and see what he says.
