Hi

I want to put a 3 point hitch on this tractor and can not find one. Does any one know of a 3 point that will work on this tractor?

Does the tractor have a rockshaft already, just no 3 point?
If it has no rockshaft, just go to a parts yard and get the whole back cover from a 70 row crop. It will bolt right on then you can add a 801 JD hitch or any number of aftermarket options.

Yes it has a rockshaft with the arms will the 801 then fit or do I need something to attach to the drawbar support.

well, again it depends on if you have the row crop drawbar frame or the heavy one used on non rockshaft equiped standard tractors. if you do have the regular drawbar frame, then a 801 hitch will have all the brackets you need to fit the tractor. It will have the brackets that fit on the drawbar as well as the ones that bolt on the rear axle.
 
I just purchased a 70 gas row crop with 3 point hitch. I would be willing to see the hitch. The only thing missing is the top arm. All other material is complete. I will be glad to send a picture but won't be able to until April 10. On a business trip until then.
