WE HAVE A SUPER MTA THE SERIAL # IS 79691 S AND THE ENGINE # IS 133220. HAS THE ENGINE BEEN CHANGE OR IS THE ORIGINAL ONE. THANKS

Many of the block serial numbers on M's & Super M's don't match the tag. Look for a casting code on the block. The year 1954 casting letter is Z. The first number in the code is the month, second # is the day and the letter is the year.

Other answer I made may confuse you after reading Andys post about date codes.
Your tractor and engine were assembled in early September. Date codes are when the part such as engine block was cast. The cast date on your engine block is probably from the 5 to 8 month range, but not always.
