JD M-1 or M2 Plow

Does anyone know where I can locate and M1 or M2 plow. I really want one bad for show on my 1949 M. Christmas is here and the wife says if I find one I can get it for a gift. I live in GA and can drive to surounding states to pick it up.

Just make sure if you find one that it is for the M and not the MT as they are not interchangable. And make sure you get all the mounting parts too.
All too often you see them advertised as a plow to fit models M/MT. The long bar that goes up under the belley is differant between them as is the frt. yoke.

Thanks for the info Mike. I have really been studying them and I just picked up the hanger or depth control piece today for $50.00 bucks and the m and mt are different. Mine is an M

There is a plow for a john deere M on E-bay right now in nashville TN
