Could anyone help me with info? Case 1394. average cost for front bucket loader-problems associated with this tractor. serial No. to year of mfg. avg. price today. Where were they built. I would appreciate any info you may know about this type of tractor.

Built on the 1210 David Brown platform, British. Problems (personal experience, not scientific), weeping seals, electrical nightmares, and a 3 pt hitch design beyond comprehension. But, one of my favorite tractors of all times. Sure David Browns have quirks, but all tractors do. Built in the early-mid 80's.

With loader, depending on paint, tires, and overall condition I would ask 5500-6500 retailing here, and pay no more than 5000 for one at auction.
 
Thank you for your comments. I would like to see more discussions in this space about this type tractor. Lots on the green type but not much on Case. Does anyone know the mfg. dates that correspond to the tractor nos. This tractor had a lot of options on it. I would like to have someone that has used this tractor add their personal input. This must give someone fond memories! Can you share them with us 1394 owners.
