Does anyone know what horse power an Allis 200 rate at? I haven"t been able to find the Nebraska test files on one.

Hotline Farm Equipment Guide has it as 93pto.The 200 was not tested but was rated on the One-Ninety XT diesel Test No. 887 with 93.64pto and 79.12 drawbar horsepower.

Maybe I am off base but did AC build a 200? I am cognizant of a Gas 190 [I owned one,not an XT] D 190XT,D210 and D220,my dad owned a D21. If a 200 was available I am sure there would have been at least one in the Corn Belt area of ILL.I came from I never ever saw one.

I have the book, A-C Tractors:1914-1985 by Norm Swinford, and it's in there. Also, a man my uncle knows has a 200, and it's just a bit bigger than the 190 XT deisel that my uncle has. The book says that it wasn't tested at Nebraska and they used the same results as the 190 in the sales brochure. It also says that they used the same engine in the 7020 tractor and it was rated at 130 pto hp. I'm getting one in a couple of weeks and was just kinda curious about the horsepower rating.

Thats what my dad and I suspected, but we weren't sure since they used the same results as the 190 XT in the sales brochure. Thanks though, that was mighty helpful.

Thanks! I know that A-C used the same engine for the 190 XT, 200 and the 7020, but they never tested the 200 at Nebraska. They just used the same results for the 200 that they got from the 190 XT in their sales brochure.
