On my 1941 WC the overflow nipple is cracked off. I was wondering what the best way to reattach it would be (braze, solder, jb quick etc.)? Any ideas would be great. Thanks, Jeff

I'd solder it..

No pic to look at.. but if it is the type of overflow fitting on the neck of a radiator. what i have done is take a piece of copper pipe.. flair one end, and inset it from inside the radiator cap opening... then soldered it in place with a plumbers soldering kit and all the flux it could take..

properly clean and sand all the urfaces and flux the bajeebers out of it..
