Had to drive the tractor and spreader past where I vote so I decided to pull right in and vote then. Got some weird looks, must have thought I was a politician.

Good thing you weren't slinging it when you arrived, they might have thought you were a campaigner for one side or the other!!

Nah, most people probably thought you were there to collect from the ones that were on the ballot.

Town south of me got into VERY bitter personality politics for the better part of a decade.

As things started to really heat up, one election day in the spot one of the personalities usually parked at the town hall...

Someone parked a full manure spreader.

LOL, Good one!

Reminds me of a story that I heard. Barack Hussein external_link was giving a speech at a county fair, hops up on a wagon, kept going on and on, a real stem winder of a speech, kept talking till just about all but one fellow left. When he saw that almost all of his audience had left, he says to the remaining one, thank you, brother for listening to my entire speech. The farmer replies: Oh, good, you're finished, now I can take my manure spreader home!

Just got in form shoveling out the barn, thot I was just throwing out more political stuff. Unfortunately, there"s lots more where that came from.
