For that kind of money I would hope it would be a JD 8400 or similar. I have a feeling your probably talking about some sort of a rare high crop though.

I believe that he is talking about the MFWA John Deere 4020. As far as I know it never sold. I saw it on ebay like 4 or 5 times, each time it had a different "buy it now" price. If anyone know if it did sell I would like to know.

ok, I've seen those before. They had the junk combine axle on them. No way will one of those ever be worth $50,000. I wonder what the old IH 1466 with a Coleman (another poor early fwd axle)is worth?

I think it was a 1940"s model b, was located in Mountain City , Tennessee and was on e-bay or craigs list.
