World oil is now consistantly lower than USA oil, about $2/bbl (-$0/bbl)
OPEC cut 1.5m/bbl/day from production on 10/24/08
There was a pricing conflict today on WT crude, $69 vs $64 for the daily close.
I can't tell which one is correct. I think $69 was the correct close and a sell
off in the after-market too $64
