crankcase pressure

Can be lots of different things. Vent clogged, blown piston or hole in piston, broken rings, and a few others. I had that happen on a MH30 and when I opened up the engine found #2 piston completely gone. Rod was still there and wrist pin still there but the piston was gone other then little bits and pieces of it

That's what I'd go with. I've had 'em with so much blow by that if you put your fingers over the end it would squeal and it wouldn't blow the dip stick out.
 
engine Seized And Blowed the Threaded dipstick 30 ft in the air ,,, happened to my 4020 Diesel about 20 yrs ago ,,dealer put in new rings ,,, Claimed that injectors were fine,,WRONG ! # 5 injector flooded too Muchfuel and Overrevved Causing too much Compression in Crancase ,,, Broke the threads on the tube ,,, i was ready to run from the JD until a good old mechanic explained step by step how this Bizaaree event occurred
