nnalert: a quick Googling of Paccar here picks up paccar.com, the company website, which has a company history that does NOT mention farm or agricultural tractors...
Searches here are complicated by US usage naming the truck part of a semi-truck (a cab+engine "truck" section and a detachable "trailer" section)being called a truck-tractor or just the tractor section.
However, the company history does mention several European companies being purchased, and I would guess--repeat, guess--a European farm tractor m'f'r has been purchased and the tractors renamed "Paccar".
A Paccar division also produces winches; if the name was on an attached winch, it was the winch m'f'r, not the tractor itself. Paccar has a UK Division, and my have one on the Continent.

Waldo: Don't you have the ticket upside down?? Palin & McCain?? John doesn't look all that good these days...

Bobby ?? Jindal from Louisiana?? He does come across pretty well, and seems to have a following in the Party. While I really don"t know anything about him or his US and world views, it"ll be interesting to watch him for awhile.
