O/T: '94 Dodge truck PTU circuit code

My father-in-law has a 1994 Dodge, 1/2 ton, 4x4, 5.2 auto. It won't run, isn't getting fuel(runs momentarily if you put a little down the throttle body). The computer is giving a code 37. All the local auto parts stores tell me that this is the code for an open/shorted Park Throttle Unlock circuit. However, that's all they know. Nobody has a wiring diagram or any troubleshooting tips.

Any suggestions? What all does this circuit encompass? What is it's purpose?

Opinions and ideas are appreciated.

Thanks,
Anthony

Start by checking fuel pressure ! Just because it has a code does not mean the code is the reason for the no start .

Alldata shows code 37 as injector control circuit.
1. Check fuel pressure.
2. If fuel pressure is ok, try putting a jumper wire in place of the auto shut down relay. The ASD relay provides 12V to the injectors. The PCM provides the ground to complete the circuit for each individual injector.
