Repair manual

Not to be smart, honest.

A lot of folks do. Are you just trying to locate one? They're pretty readily available as reprints from places like the store on this site or from external_link. Now and then you'll find originals on eBay or at some of the online parts and salvage sites.

There's the IH Blue Ribbon Manual that would be specific to the H, and then there's the I&T IH-8 that covers all the letter series. Both good manuals, either one by itself will get you through most jobs. They overlap quite a bit, but each has enough little tidbits in it that the other doesn't that, if you're looking at a stem-to-stern overhaul, it's worth having both.

YESTERDAYS TRACTORS has manuals.. just click on
manuals in upper left corner, click on make and
model. sure there are other places, but I feel,
as a user of this forum, that we should try to
support "Yesterdays Tractors"
