Tractor runs irregularly when idling but runs good when choked about half way. When I let it run on # 1 cylinder only it runs smooth but runs irregularly on # 2 cylinder only. My thought is there"s some build up in the carbeuretor in the #2 side (it has double barrel carb). Any suggestions on what I should try? Carb was totally rebuilt about a year and a half ago. Thanks for any advice.

I had that same problem with mine.Soaked it in the cleaner and thought I got it clean but didn't. I had to run a piece of welding wire through the port going up from the bowl. Otherwise the best bet would be removing the balls and cleaning very good and put plugs back where the balls were. Good luck

Carb was not totally cleaned and rebuilt.A dunk in carb cleaner and a blast with compressed air isn't cleaning.
There are fuel passages that need rodding out with extra long drill bits from Robert's carburator.
And there are tiny fuel transition passages in each throttle body. Don't burr them smaller or drill them oversize.
Does the tractor have both fuel screens installed and intact?
