tractor was setting about a year, son took it for a little ride today, went about 1-2 to 3-4 miles and the left wheel would lock lockup solid. i tried it and ther would be a little clanging mnoise and left side would lock up solid, back it up a few inches and it would free up and go a little further before it did it again.idon"t believe it is the brake. any ideas. thanks guys.
