John deere GP Open Fan Shaft value

We have a JD open fan shaft serial Number 410988 with brass tag going on an estate auction next week in Creighton Nebraska that we didn't realize was so rare and didn't advertise it as the open shaft so it may not bring what it should. It has been restore and is in very good condition and does have the open fan shaft yet. Should we put a reserve on it and if so how much? What might it be expected to bring?

Restored is in the eye of the observer and we have no pictures??? What wheels? Fan shaft bearing holder condition? Correct rear cover? I could go on. $6000 on up.

Look on the web site Saathoff auctions to see a picture. I would be suprised if the tractor was not in original condition and restored well. My father-in-law was a well respected dealer and did a good job at what he did.
