I was at the sale in Columbia City IN.this weekend, the number of tractors was down and the crowd seemed small to me.

With the price of scrap steel, alot of old machinery and even tractors are just being melted down. The price of fuel to travel hasn't helped either. I was coming back from Il. fri. early am. and drove by the sale grounds and I couldn't believe the small amount of consignments. The fact that antique owners are getting older doesn't help either.

I was at Elnora,In. show this weekend and was surprised at the number of tractors,old trucks and cars and people.It looked to me like the numbers were up from last year,also the number of golf carts and utility vehicles were up,they needed a traffic cop.

I was at Elnora also with my 23 Oldsmobile grain truck, and you are right about the golf carts.
