What year did the big nut carb appear on the JD G ? 2.what is the carb# that would indicate it is a big nut carb thanks.

DLTX 51 would indicate a "Big Nut" carb. I have no idea what year they appeared on the John Deere "G" When I can access my referance material, I will post, if someone doesn't do it in the mean time.

From 1001-12999 had DLTX24
From13000 up had the DLTX51 Big Nut
