Thosr bottom supports look like springs. They will get longer when straighting out. This will raise the hitch several inches. I would guess it would be illegal in about any real pull.

You should notice that he never says anything about trophies won or pulls that he has made or distant pulled or even if it has ever been in a pull. Look at the hitch the paint is like new.

I will agree on the drawbar being an accident waiting to happen as well as a cheater hitch.
As for the Ebay acution, I cant believe how many people try to auction off a high dollar item and dont tell you anything about it. Yeah, this auction had a bunch of pics, but has a vauge, one line description and thinks he is going to get that kind of $ out of it??????
