Im trying to Locate a 1937 Unstyled B John Deere that my Dad gave me when I was 5 years old. I know it was Shipped to Kasson, Minnesota New. I sold it at the 1998 or 99 Expo at Amana Colonies. I remember the gentleman that bought it at the auction also bought a 1010 standard and he was from Wisconsin. The B had factory round spokes on the back, one of wheels was broken and had a repair hub bolted into it. It had a rear Hydraulic Lift. Shutters, Pressed Steel Front Wheels. At the time was an Older Restoration. It run good, had a whine in most of the gears. It sold then for $3400 at the auction. I dont remember the serial number, but Im trying to narrow it down in the production register, It was originally shipped with steel on the back and rubber on the front, again to Kasson, MN. If you have a lead at all, please help, I will pay a finders fee to the clue leading me to the tractor, even if its not for sale. 507-256-4693 or [email protected]

Can't help you in your search, but have a story of my own.

My dad bought a Farmall Super MTA, had it for 5 or 6 years, then traded it on a new 706 in 1968,

The guy we bought it from called me a few years ago wanting to know what happened to it. I told him we had traded it off near 40 years ago. Same ole story, " Wish I had never sold that tractor"

But, I did have the owners manual! I guess my dad didn't think to give that to the dealer when we traded. I told him if he ever found the tractor he could have the manual.

Funny things happen.
