I spoke to my horseshoer, Jerry Reagan, today and asked how things were going with his son, Will. Will is mentally and physically handicapped and about a month ago begin having mental problems. Jerry told me he had to place Will in a "home" where he could receive care 24/7. While he knew it was the best thing for Will, its very hard for him. He said he was getting used to it, but it was very hard on him, his wife and his daughter. Please keep them in your prayers.

Done! Our church in Central MO. helped form a chapter of NAMI. National Alliance for Mental Illness. I'll bet he can get some support from the group. If only an understanding ear to listen. It helps.

Prayers are sent.
I know where he, [Will] is coming from as to the anxiety of letting his son into a different environment Maybe not knowing the workers there and all.

Believe me these homes have very strict rules on how the people are treated and taken care of.

I mentioned before that I worked in a training facility with these people and know of the caseworkers routines the medical support, and nothing is more important than their wellbeing.

These places are State & County funded and are only to hire responsible, conscientious, drug free [tested on a lottery system] employees.

The rules are of that we in no way were to talk down to any one no matter their mental or physical capability's and all were treated as an equal.
