plows, disk for 40 JD

Don't know anything about these yet as I haven't seem them but suppose to be in good shape, kept in garage. They are for a JD 40 so about how much would they be worth, would like a ballpark figure before I go look at them. Thanks Don c

A 40 is good but if you get into a 1957 or later 420 or 430. Then live pto was an option.

Don, these will be for 3-point hitch so will be usable on any tractor so equipped. Location makes a difference but I would expect 200-250 for plow and more foe disk depending on condition. Steve

Sooo....you John Deere guys hook your plows and discs to the PTO???? Just exactly how does that work????
