D15 allis-chalmers

I have been trying to identify this tractor maybe someone can help i have looked on left side of torque housing and have found 15-1567 R, is this the serial number or am i looking in wrong spot? i also found a number 221066.

I believe that will be a 1960 model which will be a Series I.

Is that a cast number? The serial number is stamped on the clutch housing and should have D15 in the serial number.
