I have no idea why the post was closed, I just read it. Dave, sympathy and prayers. All of the problems I had running through my head today are not really problems I guess! It just doesn"t seem fair: I will go to work this afternoon with a bunch kids who are in State custody. They aspire to become "important" in their gang; sell drugs, hurt people, abuse women, stack time in jail...and another good kid passes on. My heart goes out to you! I sincerely believe you son is "up there with the Big Guy"!
...but this is the kind of ending that really makes one question what we have been :told" about the "Big Guy!"

The ignorant ,unfeeling fool attacked the post . I won't repear what his response was. Just very thankful the idiot's post was quickly removed this morning. Hopefully the idiot will be caught soon then banned from ever getting back on here.Sites like this are a privelege and people should recognize that.

Will wonders never cease...? Something we both agree upon. Amazing how some people get their badazz attitude when they're hiding behind a keyboard.

Being a sick-minded individual is sort of it's own punishment in many ways.

Part of me feels sorry for this guy. The bigger part of me would like to stomp him into a mud puddle.

I'm sure there are lots of things we agree on, just differing points of view on how best to accomplish them. I lean toward personal responsibility, and very limited government influence. I know you've countered some of my statements and positions in the past, but I don't recall what or how, and it doesn't matter. You believe what you want, and I'll do the same. But I do want more people to be aware of the issues, and get involved in the process.

As far as this kook is concerned, I don't care what his problem is, only that he is stopped.

I as well, believe in personal responsibility, Government staying out of the everyday lives of citizens as much as is reasonably possible, fiscal responsibility, and the rights of REAL Americans OVER illegals LIVING in American. And I sure don't believe in selling out our future to foriegn governments and/or business. Where we seem to differ is I just don't believe in the concept of one party or one individual being "the best" across the board. You get an equal dose of bad with the good in every one of these clowns. As a matter of fact, I don't much like the traditional 2-party system. ALL polititians should stand on their own and NOT hide behind their party platform.

And I truely believe in calling a dirtball a dirtball.

Dave: May the Lord be with you and your family. I also lost my 15 yo son 2 1/2 years ago. Some words of advise from some one who has "been there - done that".
DON"T BLAME!! youself, you wife, doctors, his friends, and ect. The Lord called him home.
DON"T go into a shell. With work or drink.
DO love and talk to your wife a family a lot.
DO talk to your pastor, open the bible if you wish.
DO enbrace your friends as they are trying to help
DON"t get in a hurry to get rid of his stuff - but DON"T leave it there for ever.
I also posted on other forms, as you did here, at the time of my son"s death. It and the replies help a lot.
Two things were replied that I found to be true. You will not like either. 1) The pain doesn"t go away. But you learn to deal with it. 2) Life is for the living. Move on , slow down, and smell the roses. At the time I thought both were harsh and not very helpful. 2 and 1/2 years later I know they were on target and very helpful.
My e-mail is open if you wish to talk. It is a hard road to walk, but with friends, loved ones and the Lord we can.

I was just over at his original post and it isn't closed. Just his second one. I left my sympathies there.

Unfortunately for a couple nice people on this forum, they posted responses to the jerk whose sick post was apparently deleted by the moderator. The moderator however didn't delete those responses so they appear out of place. Those should be deleted also as it improperly makes them look bad.
