YTMAG parts problem

First TIme YTMAG part buy

New User
I recently order parts from YTMAG and found out that the description and the image with the description did NOT match. Less parts than shown.

After paying extra to order via YTMAG this was frustrating at best. I was willing to give YTMAG a shot since they beat the delivery of a local source by a week.

Buyer Beware! I will post a followup once YTMAG contacts me regarding my complaint. If they are as good as I hope they will take care of it.
 
I"ve ordered from this site several times and only had one minor problem, which was resolved quickly. I have found them to be honest and very helpful.
 
The first thing I ordered from ytmag was a magneto coil. They sent me a set of stickers for a Farmall C.

A couple phone calls straightened it out and I've ordered several other things since and have had no more problems.

I expect that it will be straightened out, if you notify them of the problem.
 
thanks to all who commented. YTMAG staff called me within an hour of my complaint and totally took care of it... were very nice ... I am very pleased with the response I got. I have already looked up some parts (gonna order quicker so not so rushed) ... will certainly use YTMAG parts in the future.
