windmill water pump company from out west

Hello,
I want to build a water pump windmil, I have seen them out west in the fields. What i really want is just the fan blade and gear box or the whole head. i would love to find a used one, if any body wants to take one down and ship it to NY. send me an email.
I would be happy with just the company name.

matador texas There are lots of windmill in this area,but probaly not for sale.Here in town is an old shop with lots of old windmill parts lying around ,But probably not for sale.People here hang on to every thing ,including me. Sorry

Years ago when I recieved Mother Earth News they had an advert for them. Maybe someone on here still gets the mag and tell us if the still advertize them.

Google Areomotor and download there cataloge. You can buy parts etc. but you will be up in the air along with the prices. I think any gear case with 602 is backed buy a truck load of parts. It has been ten years since I priced there stuff.
 
I want a windmill powered air compressor... and some tanks to hold all that energy.

Anyone know if you can use a fuel oil tank as a air tank? Can I get it up to 30, 60, or 120 psi safely?
 
Google says a 1000 gallon tank filled to 200 psi will provide over 5 mega joules of energy... That doesn't sound right though, 5MJ is only 1.4 kilowatt hours... or enough to run a 12 amp motor for 1 hour.

I wonder how big a wind turbine and compressor you'd need to keep it filled.
