WD-9 Hydralic pump-650 IHC

Can anyone tell me if a hydralic pump that works from the distributor on a WD-9 tractor will work on a WD-6 tractor. Also I am looking to purchase a 650 IHC tractor. Anythiing I should be award of. How much should one spend on one in OK condition? Please advise and have a great day.

The pump will work but the gear will need to be changed. One has a 27 tooth gear and the other uses a 29 tooth. I can't remember which is which.

Judging from auctions I've been to, a nice unrestored 650 in good running order and decent usable tires should bring $3000+.

Of course, as usual on the gas-start deisel engines, make darn sure the head isn't cracked like lots of 'em are before parting with that much money though.
