2004 Grand Caravan OBD Codes

I have a 404,440, and 441 codes. It has the 3.3 engine. One is EGR related and the other 2 are vacuum related to the fuel evap system, purge solenoid and pump. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where to start on this? The problem is that it seems to "skip" or "jump" after acceleration to speed and backing off the gas pedal to only give it enough gas to maintain the desired speed. The check engine light is not on. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

check engine light not on ?. Are they new codes or old stored. Check all vacuum limes for leaks use a hand torch small propane no flame run it over lines and listen to engine if it increases with surge look for crack line . if you can put a vacuum pump on the out line of egr and pull vaccuum engine should sound like it wants to die tubes are most often not clogged. Put 12 volts to the Solenoid and blow air thru

Check gas cap. make sure it is on tight, properly sealed. Might want to temproarily swap with one known good. On some GM models, the purge solonoid near the gas tank has been a problem. Have had two that I couldn't prove defective, but replacements solved the problems. Old ones worked properly, sealed OK when closed, but still apparently were the problem.

The EGR Valve is electronically controlled and has no vacuum lines to it.
The codes may be stored. The check engine light came on a few days ago and only stayed on for a few starts and then went off. The stumbling problem I describe was happening before the light came on. Thanks.

I'm having the same exact problem with my 04' Grand Caravan right now. Engine stutters at stop lights, engine light is on also. Did you find out what it is yet? I'd be very interested in knowing.
