Hi I was wondering if anyone knew what fluids my husband should put into the transmission and PTO drive box for a 1946 Farmall B tractor.

90 wt gear oil is fine. Sometimes I use 80-140, either will work OK.
The PTO and transmission oil will mix together, but I usually put a half quart or so into the PTO so that it doesn't start out dry.
It will need about 5 to 5 1/2 quarts total. The check plug is in the left hand side of the transmission, behind the left brake rod.
