herbicide to kill cactus

I have some cactus that have been in my pasture for years now and t hey are starting to get more widespread. Does anyone know of any chemical that i could put on my four wheeler sprayer that would kill them? Ive tried roundup but no luck

Diesel fuel and lots of it and fire and even then its a crap shoot. Cactus is very very hard to kill.

Mix the Tordon with some diesel to make the Tordan get taken up by the cactus more readily. You can also inject it into plant too.

If Tordon is not labeled in your state, use an 80/20 blend of diesel and Remedy (Triclopyr 4). Be sure to spray both sides of the pads if you can.
