tractor chains

Hello everyone. Have a quick question. My brother dropped off some chains today he cleaned out of an old shed. They are about 10 1/2 feet long and about 22" wide. Any ideas what size tire they would fit? Any idea what they are worth if we would sell them?

Sound about like 14.5x26 or narrower. I believe they are to short for 38" tires.

Very darn close to a 12x28.
My 14.9x28s would need to be around 26 inches wide. Same length though...

Without figuering it out exactly, I'd say somewhere around 12.4x28-14.9x28... Either one would do. Might just be a matter of adding or subtracting a cross chain and adjusting the side chain.

Last year a heavy duty set of new chains for 12.4 X 24 cost me $400.00

They are worth a lot when you try to buy a new
set.
When you try to sell them, nobody will offer a
fair price.
