Odd problem on an Allis C

Well went to fire up one of the Cs I have and it didn't run well. Its firing on #3 and 4 and some times on #1 but #2 no fire at all. Check compression on #1 and #2. #1 has just under 150psi so I figure its a bad plug but #2 has zero and instead of having compression it sucks when you put your finger in the plug hole. So till I open it up I'm guessing it has a suck valve and thats why its sucking instead of blowing. What say you guys??
Thanks

Get a spray bottle and spray tranny fluid into carb while it's running this has loosened up sticky valves for me ,and dump a couple of bottles of marvel mystery oil in the gas this will lube the valves up as well .

One was stuck real good the other one had a broken valve spring which had then spun around and up over the keeper. Funny thing is that was also the one with good compression

I have it fixed now. Sprayed PB on the stuck one and then used vise grips to turn it and a hammer to tap in down a few times and it freed up. Then took a spring off another haed I had and put it on to replace the broken spring and its up and running good now

I wish i did, but if i had that thing, i would have the block too, and would be working on putting it all together

i'd have thought intake stuck closed since you had suction but no compression....
these things will fool ya!

Yes they do. What I thought was real funny is how #1 had good compression but it also had a broken valve spring on the exhaust valve. And the way it was broken was also very odd. Some how it have worked its way up and over the keeper cap. I ended up having to spin the spring up and off the valve keeper cap to get the keepers out so I could replace the spring
