Skidloader oil dipstick blowing out

What would cause oil pressure to be so high it blows the dipstick out of the holding tube??? This is on a thomas skidloader with a Deutz engine. The oil sounds like it is boiling too! Might be just draining into the pan though. Would a clogged or disfunctioning oil filter cause this? A bad pump? I am at a loss.

I'm not familiar with the Thomas brand but if it's the oil cooled Deutz it's probably the same one Bobcat uses which I am familiar with. Some models had a PCV system which was vented to the atmosphere at the valve cover, others they tried to recirculate the pressure and let the engine burn it. They accomplished this by an aluminum block with a check ball in it in the system, it didn't work well. If you can follow a hose from the valve cover it will lead you to it. Usually they would leak at the front or rear crank seal when they had a backpressure problem.

My experience with car engines doing that is that the positive crankcase ventilation has become clogged and needs to be cleaned or replaced, had one that would blow all the oil out in a twenty minute drive. Is there some kind of oil breather, crankcase ventilation valve that could be plugged?..I'd start looking there.
