one way trucking

Look at shipping as a partial it takes a bit longer as they ha a e a single load witheaper since you are not looking to ve 7-10 days from Pickup to delivery. Should be a considerable bit cheaper since you are not looking to be an exclusive item on the truck. Make sure they tape the exhaust over or cover it in some way so you don't get rain or snow down the pipe then freeze while enroute with it. Don't pay any $ in advance for hauling either if they want that you will never see them again after you send it. If they can't haul it with payment on delivery or at pickup then don't use them. From a former Motor carrier for 15 years. I hauled equipment all over the country with no advance money for it. some would pay me when I picked it up and some at delivery depending on who was paying the freight and if they were going to be at the other end when I got there.

Was waiting on a truck to pick up a tractor just south of Oklahoma City for couple months and haul to Sioux city. My tractor was
delivered 3 weeks ago. To bad the timing did not work, to haul your tractor to Oklahoma.

I'll second that. I needed to send a tractor down to oldgentDC in southern Indiana. He posted on there and we found somebody going from here in Michigan down to Kentucky and he hauled it for us.

I have used the hauling board with mixed results in the past. If there is a fair amount of time to work with it works if not then plans need to change. I could list a few options but would probably cost a bit more if in a hurry.
