I was staring out the winder her in my little office and just saw the tire guy go by and Santa must have needed extra room in the sleigh and had the tire guy take them as there were 8 brand new rears going to someone , looked to be 18.4 or 20.8 CHA CHING.

Haha , No it's Chilly out there and i am not even ADULTING today , still have my slippers on , no belt on YEt , nothing in my pockets . And tire wise were GOOD . the 806 got new radial's a couple years ago the S/MTA has the new 16.9x38's that i put on a good while ago and they still look new . I am good on tractor tires and car and pick up tires FOR NOW . , Even my oldest daughter is now good to go as took her down to my tire guy Saturday and Jimmy saved her 400 buck on four new tires . I have not meet any tire guy who can even come close to his prices bar none , he and i have done business for 40 years.

I have a tire guy name Jimmy too. He is a small wholesaler out of MN that moves a lot of tires. They show up Sundays quit often and drop tires. Bill

My tire man ran late this morning he usually is at my shop by 7:30. I am the farthest stop he has he gets me on his second stop from there all his stops are on his way back to the warehouse.

He told me he dropped 11 XXX 80/22.5 tires off at the local Chrysler dealer. He knows they don't do tires that big so he spent the time to inform them they may be involved in a scam.

I change and balance my own tires for all our vehicles(10). $400 is the most I've ever paid for 4 new tires. My only problem is my high speed balancer only handles up to 18 inch wheels. Someday I may have to upgrade.

Im with rrlund and see a Section 179 tax deduction in the back of that tire truck. Glad you have a guy around that you have done business with for 40 years. Ive always felt Ziegler Tire was a fair outfit.
