Belarus crawler from Russia. A number came to England during the 1970's, they run on ex-tank tracks.
We had a tillage tool manufacturer use one to demonstrate his machines, back in the 1970's and I
always remember a demonstration he was involved in. The black smoke hung in the air for so long, it
was still there when he did the return run. :0)

My Dad had a Belarus 1500 articulated 4wd. WHAT A MORPHADITE! For a 1960 tractor, it had a 170 hp V-6 with no oil filter (just a strainer). It had two seats, one of them a jump seat for a team driver. Had a two stroke cycle pony motor so you could start it at -70 degrees. Had air brakes so you could pull a trailer train. Was used in Russia for road construction, farming, logging , etc. Even had air conditioning (a tank on the top you put dry ice in and pulled air through it). He had a 5-16 plow behind it and it barely opened the governor.
