You need a wagon or truck under that conveyor to catch them in.

They pick the potatoes off the web leading to the elevator and put them in sacks on the platform. Easier for us than dumping bulk into a trailer. We would have to put them into sacks anyway as we do not have a bulk storage area. We did put them in a 'potato grave' or 'hale' for a few years but the rats got into that and we lost a lot of the crop.
